Shipping

Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 12 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 3pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, holidays, sales, and pre-order items. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package.

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for a resolution. If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered", contact Refresh SKIN. Refresh SKIN may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
